Rent Santa

Santa is available November 1st to December 22nd every year!

Santa’s Availability: It’s always changing from day to day and while we may have multiple Santa’s available around the area, we cannot always guarantee Santa isn’t already booked. So we encourage you contacting us first to ensure the date and time you’re wanting to book Santa is available.

Depending on your selection, Santa rates will vary.

Birthday party appearances are only available for 1 hour visits at $75.00.

Family, Private (Personal) parties (non-alcohol, single family orientated) start at $100.00/hr.

Business/Company parties start at $150.00/hr.

In the event there is alcohol being served, please mark the request as 18+ Adult, or mention this within your order notes. At these parties Santa will arrive in a different suit to ensure there is no potential mishaps or accidents – because they do happen. We want to ensure the safety of Santa’s suit when with children.

Santa’s Helpers: Choose to have Santa’s Elves or Mrs. Claus help out with your event. There is an additional charge for Santa’s helpers to attend these bookings. We are also happy to work with your provided helpers.

Last Minute Booking: We understand that sometimes last minute events take place, or a replacement Santa is needed for various reasons. We prefer booking our Santa visits at minimum a one (1) week in advance. While always encouraged to pre-book Santa, we cannot guarantee our availability for last minute Santa visits, but if there is availability, we do charge a $50.00 fee.

Payments can be made by PayPal, Cash or eTransfer. A full deposit is required on all Santa bookings.

With every visit Santa makes, he comes fully dressed and ready to make the Santa experience as real as possible. Santa likes to make his entrance as a surprise, when possible, so having a second entrance, or late entrance to an event is always best.

Santa does bring along some goodies for the children, and adults to, that include:

• Candy Canes for the boys and girls!
• Colouring pages for boys and girls!
• Santa Letters, ready to fill in and send!

If your holiday event also includes presents being passed out to the children, Santa can definitely do this. Though if presents are addressed to specific names, Santa will require a helper who is familiar with those people. This way we can ensure that the correct gifts go to the proper boys and girls.

If gifts are generic, one for boys, one for girls, than Santa can manage these handouts without a helper.

Photos with Santa are allowed. We can provide a photographer if necessary but do encourage and welcome your bringing your own photographer. You may also use your mobile devices and cameras unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
