Important, for Personalized Messages:

A personalized message should be a magical experience. Whether a direct video call with Santa, or a message left on video, Santa should know a little about your child so he can make the experience as real as possible. Perhaps list a few presents Santa has delivered in previous years, and has your child already written Santa? Were they good this year? Be sure to let us know whether your child believes in Santa or not. The more we can know ahead of time, generalized, the better we can make the Santa experience.
