Most of the time, Santa arrives ready to go, fully suited and jolly! However, for certain events or appearances, a private space may be needed to get changed or make final adjustments. It really depends on the type of Santa Experience you've booked and the setting of your event.

Yes! Santa loves adding a personal touch to every visit. Whether it's announcing a prize winner, recognizing an employee, reading children's names from the “Nice List,” or sharing a special message, we're happy to include it. Just let us know your plans ahead of time so Santa can prepare the perfect moment for your event.

Absolutely! Photos with Santa are always welcome at both public and private events. However, we do not participate in “pay-per-photo” or “paid visits with Santa” setups - we believe families should never have to pay extra just to share a moment with Santa. If your event already has an entry fee, that's completely fine. If requested, our Santa Crew can also bring a photographer to capture the memories. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. Santa Bryce has completed a full Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check and maintains it up to date each year. Your safety and peace of mind are a top priority, especially when working with children and families. We're happy to provide confirmation of this upon request when booking your Santa Experience.

Our Santa is none other than Bryce Wisekal, a real-bearded Santa from Dawson Creek, British Columbia. He's been bringing Christmas cheer to the Peace Country since 2011. With a naturally grown white beard, a heart for people, and a genuine love for the Christmas season, Bryce's goal is to create meaningful, joy-filled moments for every family and event he visits. When you meet Santa Bryce, you're not just meeting a man in costume - you're meeting someone who truly lives the spirit of Christmas.

Santa Bryce believes Christmas is about more than presents and lights - it's about love, hope, and joy that lasts beyond the season. While we're always respectful of each family or event's setting, Santa is happy to share the true spirit of Christmas when invited. Whether through a simple blessing, a message of kindness, or a reminder of God's love, we aim to make every visit meaningful for all.

Santa appearances are $150 per hour, with a minimum booking of one hour and a maximum of three hours. Full-day rates are also available upon request. We also believe in giving back to our community. If you're a non-profit organization, church, or ministry, please reach out privately to ask about our discounted or complimentary Santa Experiences.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation occurs due to a natural event or emergency, we'll refund 50% of the deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled Santa Experience. Rescheduling is always an option but depends on Santa's availability — we'll do our best to accommodate when possible.

As soon as possible! Santa's schedule fills up quickly as Christmas approaches. To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance. There's always a little wiggle room, but the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing the perfect Santa Experience.
